To provide for accountability of employees of the State Government or any other organization in the State of Assam in taking care of their parents and divyang siblings.

Vision

To protect the old parents and divyang siblings in their times of need and give them financial security to lead a decent life. The Government endeavours to recognize the role of the parents in the success of their children.
