Both or either of the dependent parents or dependent divyang siblings of an employee may apply seeking apportioned salary of the employee to be paid to them directly by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer every month.
The person from whom apportioned of salary is seeked has to be an employee of the State Government or any other organisation in the state of Assam
It has to be ensured that the dependent parents/divyang siblings has no other sources of income for leading a decent life and is completely dependent on the employee.
No fees required.
1. Proof of Identification
2. Disability Certificate, in case the applicant is a differently-abled person
3. Statement stating Applicants income from all sources duly undersigned by the applicant
After receipt of an application, the Designated Authority shall decide the eligibility of such claim and dispose off the application within a period of not more than 90 days from the receipt of such application.
An applicant has to fill up the application as given in the Form A and submit the same to the Designated Authority with all the relevant document.
